What type of enemies use energy attacks?

I'm building my new D3 guide (which is already bigger than my whole Solo/Casual gamer post :), and I need to know what kind of enemies use what kinds of powers. In this case energy, but a list would be pretty useful.

Well, let's see. This is not a complete list, just off the top of my head I'd say...Clockwork, CoT Mages and Air Thorn Casters, Council Galaxies and Robots, Crey Voltaic Tanks and some Special Agents, Carnival Harlequin Jugglers.

RE: What type of enemies use energy attacks?

I thought council Galaxies use negative energy. And does electricity (clockwork) count as energy? What type of attack are the Ritki weapons used by Ritki and some Lost Lieutenants?

Thanks for the help :)

Yep, Galaxies use negative energy, I was just lumping all energies together. Electricity does count as energy damage. Rikti blasters do, as well. The Lost lieut's are using Rikti guns so they count as energy, too.

Lost, Freakshow, Clockwork, Rikti, Malta sappers and Titans, Circle of Thorns, Carnies, Crey, Fake Nemisis, Arachnos.

That is all I can think of right offhand.

If someone is really bored, maybe we could get a nice chart going that lists the enemy types with check marks in the columns for the type of damage they can deal. This would make it a lot easier to know when to use and not to use certain damage resistance abilities. For example, my Shadow Fall is basically useless against fire attacks (like everything that Behemoths use).

Don't forget the Vhazilok. One of the Eidolons, I think the Luminous Eidolon, does radiation attacks. These count as energy damage.

Bumped into 7nd generation paragon protectors yesterday, and they were very busy blasting energy at me. The Crey vulcanic? tanks love to do it too.
