Sup guys, I'm Aus...and i have a problem, i have a problem with people and rank.
rank is the most stupid concept in the game, not on Anets part but on what people are making of rank.."if u dont have rank ur a noob" is the type of thing thats going around. I have 700hours + game time and over 250k faction earned and i am only a rank 2, if this "if u dont have rank ur a noob" idea didnt start going around i wouldn't even bother making fame.
What i think is that there outta be emotes rewards introduced for other area's of guild wars instead of just Tombs.
EG. If im a real top PvE Player u should be able to get a emote after leveling say 2 characters to level 20, thats just an exmaple
or
if im a top PvP player u should get a emote at 100k total faction, and another at 150k total faction mark, is another exmaple
there needs to be more recogniztion for peoples acclompishments in the game. not only in tombs but in other areas. because im sick of some new player who is showin his rank off to me and his been gettin it through iway
I second that i myself am a PvE player....only PvP i do is leaving pre-sear......i should get something too....maybe based on EXP not levels though....as all it takes is to ascend to get to lvl 20 lol. (if you cheat)

but all in all, I agree that people shouldn't judge ppl by rank as most of us all know that a lot of ppl use IWAY for fame farming, and not saying that its not a skillful build, just that I don't think thats the way HoH was intended for. And of course, you shouldn't call someone a noob bc they're not ranked, many ppl don't fame farm HoH like others bc they do other things, which doesn't necessarily make them less skillful than others.
One of the funniest things about players with Rank is when they're putting together PUG's in PvE and they look for players with a minimum Rank. Like Rank has ANYTHING to do with doing PvE missions, quests, etc. - LOL
Perhaps it would be easier to just elimate being able to emote rank in PvE areas. Anyway, doesn't really bother me. If they want to think they've got something up on everyone else, what the heck, I know better.
