WarOnDrugs4 - (-1672, -0.0, 4723.8) - around 195 yards East of The Fuse map marker. If you go east from the Fuse Marker, go OVER tunnel, and it is facing east as soon as you drop down (in other words on the wall behind you).

HeroCorps2 - (737.1 -126.0 -3746.7) - 440 yards south of the tram in plain sight on a road beneath the highway.
Faultline - 4 plaques
Superadine5 - (-904, 17, -1980) - On the east side of a building on the far east side (next to wall) of the map from the Downfall marker. Plaque meshes in as it faces south, so best to go due east to the wall from downfall and track it by heading north from there along the wall.
HeroCorps6 - (136.8 -866.8 1019.3) - Just north (175 yards) of the Reservoir marker (to the left of the destroyed information kiosk if you are traveling north from the Reservoir marker).
HeroCorps7 - (76 -611 -14) - It is approx 510 yds nearly due north of Reservoir marker, down in the bottom of a canyon on a small pedestal next to a brick wall. It is just NNE of the Warondrugs5 marker.
WarOnDrugs5 - (-23.9 -574.6 352.2) North side of slantyBuilding that is 394yds North of Reservoir marker.

SpankyRabinowitz1 - (-1627.5, 0 .2, 5256.3) - Go to the SE corner of the map, then head west along that road while looking to your right. It is at the first gated opening in plain sight.
SpecialCouncil1 - (-1078.7, 3.2, 2316.2) - On the tip of a South Eastern penisula from the Terra Volta island. This plaque is about celebrating the founding of the Council, so I think it is in this group, but it also mentions Freedom Phalanx. Finding the last plaque will probably clear this all up.

SpecialCouncil4 - (2876.5 96.0 -3976.9) - 155 yards East of the Rogers Industries markers on the south side of the road (on your right if traveling from the marker).
SpecialCouncil5 - (-637.0 0.0 -6185.6 ) - 712 yards SE of entrance. Use the coordinates here. It is very hard to see but sits on a stone next to a large generator in the middle of a pattern of large generators. The plaque faces south.
SpankyRabinowitz6 - (2088.4 0.0 -6054.5 ) - 492 yards south west of entrance. In line with the eastern edge of Coroman Manufacturing zone. South Side of building to the left of door.
FreedomPhalanx5 - (348.0 188.0 -3603.4) - 300 yards East of Terra Volta Reactor. Go the 300 yards and you'll be at a ledge, go to the NE corner and drop, it is at the base of the ledge facing east.

SpecialCouncil3 - (2498.4, 87.4, 488.8) - Mid-north area of map, using loc is probably fastest, but nearest marker is Moth Cemetary, the plaque is 461 yards NW of the marker.

Crey's Folly - 1 (or two?) plaques
RiktiWar2 - (7226.3, 32.0, -549.8) - 162 yards North of the Carnival Town marker.
RiktiWar3 - (2569.5 -0.0 2680.1) - 239 yds. north and a bit east of The Blight Marker. It's a freestanding pedestal on the corner of a turn in the road.
Rikti Crash Site - 1 plaque
NemesisSeizesControl2 - (2012.2 126.2 -7050.7) - Put a thumbtack in the centre of the rikti ship on the map (the pale blue dot). It's 560 yards north east of that. It's on a piece of ground sloping steeply up to the West, on the northwest corner of a broken building.
Founders Falls - 2 plaques
DimensionalBarrier1 - (1721.2, -16.0, 2400.9) - 217 yards west of Gaspee marker - on the east-facing wall of a riverbank (with a dock attached).
RiktiWar1 - (4245, 0, 3685) - 211 yards north of the Hutchinson Park marker. Right next to a bridge that is just west of Penny Preston (the mutant store).
Also in FF - (2687.6, 0.0, 895.8) and (2665, 0, 4088) - BROKEN??? The two angel statues at the north and south ends of the Red River's Western banks. Neither of them give information, so they may be decorative, but hopefully they are just not turned on yet. Not sure if this is the last clue here.

RiktiWar4 - (-2815 -26 2968) - 107 yards NE of Pit marker. The plaque faces SE on a sloped bit of concrete squares pavement.
RiktiWar5 - (-1317, 0, 4487) - Pretty high up on a wall 148 yds West of the Utopia Complex marker.
Peregrine Island - 1 plaque
NemesisSeizesControl1 - (-1900.2, 0.2, -7229.3) 159 yards NW of the Cutlass Isle marker facing west behind a pillar
Abandoned Sewers - These are the higher level sewers that you can only reach after level 36. It is reached by going to the door to the right after entering any of the normal sewer entrances
NemesisSeizesControl3 - (465.2, -576.0, -1558.0) - The best way to describe is location is to direct someone to enter the sewers in Boomtown and then head East towards the Steel Canyon Sector. The plaque is located on a wall at a junction point connecting the Boomtown, Steel Canyon and Underworld sectors. On the wall in this junction point room there will be something that says "Drainage Arm 8 Steel Canyon", letting you know that you are soon to enter the Steel Canyon sector of the sewers. Below this sign and to the left is the plaque. There is only one path from the Boomtown Sector to the Steel Canyon Sector, so if you can navigate between the sectors you should be able to find it. Sorry the directions are so complicated, it's kind of difficult to describe where the plaque is without any real landmarks in the area.

I just want the Medic/doctor/surgeon badges for my healer (and at the rate I have to heal my groups that should be soon) I think they're useful as an advertisment of what kind of defender I am. (as opposed to a "buffer")

I got my 11th today, forgot the Clockwork and Skulls war gets ya a badge. I'm going slow.... After I get to the max level of an area (IE, get to the level of the highest level enemy in area), that's when I go find everything.

The locations are /loc
The middle number is height. Its a grid layout. Someone can probably explain how finding /loc's works. I just run around typing /loc a lot till I get close then start searching.

I am currently using Bright Star (goes with my name/costume). I am aiming to get the vampyre and werewolf ones to finish off my first Accolade badge. Only like 80 more wolves and 95 more vampyres :(

I'm not sure how many badges I'm at, except I have all the exploration badges and history badges up to Founder's Fall.
Still have to work on the 'Kill 100 x' ones, I usually just do a couple between missions, etc.
