A new supergroup just started up last week (the day after I5 came out) on Champion. It's called the Elven Guardians.
The only requirements are you must be an Elf and you have to have a bow.
Don't worry too much about the lack of tanks and scrappers. We mostly use fast attack strategies to tear through the baddies and if we need a tank, we can get one from our ally the Knights Templar.

Comments: So far I am very impressed with this super group and coalition. Im having lots of fun in it. We have a pre-sg called The Paragon Watch. This is for heros lvl 1-25. Not much to say. I actuall Inherited this SG cause most of the original members are inactive.
Motto: Though we fight in the shadows, we are not forgotten.
Colors: Black & Blue.
This is a really laid back SG, basic base and porters to get around with. Helpful swag in the storage chests to help your toon. All that I asked is to be curdious and help other SG members.
Jump in, have fun, and think about it later.
Big Chill is a conscranker: he conrols a mob so they do nothing, scraps a target till they can't stand, and tanks what's left till the job's done.
Dive in, have fun, and think about it later.

Comments about your supergroup : the original concept: Novice members of notorious villain factions of Paragon City captured early in their criminal career wish to commute their sentence by going straight through the City Redemption Act. Under the watchful eye of Reform Officer Stark (located in Outbreak) and the Revived hero First Protector (in the city proper) they are on probation, left to train and operate for themselves until they prove they can become heroes of the community... or else it's back to the Zig!
Requirements: character can be of any archetype/origin/gender but must be as close as possible in looks, name, archetype, origin and powersets to existing villain groups of CoX (subject to leader, instructor or reform officer approval). Duplication of chosen villain type is allowed.
