UTComp cfg files ? 
Which files are the cfg for utcomp ?
Ive set my game up but then i cant find which files should make a backup.

UTComp server-side configuration is saved in the servers ini file (defaults to UT2004.ini). You UTComp client-side configuration is saved in your clients user ini (defaults to User.ini). Look for the section named [utcompvXXX.MutUTComp] where XXX is your UTComp version (14b, 15a, 16a etc).

Just make backups of your User.ini and UT2004.ini, both include important client settings.
