| Guild Wars Factions Collectors Edition |

Hello everyone
Havent been here for awhile and I browsed through the threads but no luck (I might be blind).
I have a couple questions about the factions collectors edition and if anyone could help me out I would appreciate it.
1. I'm a litte confused at the different types of factions that are being released, I want the Collectors edition but cant seem to find where to pre order it.
2. What is included in the Collectors Edition of factions?
3. Any good links to read about the collectors edition of GW factions?

Oh geez my fears are true...I am blind :)
Thank you so much for a speedy reply it helped alot. Anyone know if the Pre Order is seperate from the collectors edition and if it is and we buy both the pre order and collectors edition will we be able to add them both to our accounts to get all the extra benefits of both packages? (wow that was a mouthfull). Thank you for the Welcome back also. :)

Pre-order and collectors edition are 2 separate things, in the pre-order you recieve 2 items (1 for each new proffession) and you get to play the game 24 hours before they release it.
When you get your factions account key you have 1 choiced
#1 Leave both your original account and factions account separate, your orignal account will only be allowed on the current map, your factions account will only be allowed on Cantha (new map- see this thread for more info ) by doing this you will have 4 character slots of each account
#2 combine both accounts together to make one account, all characters will be able to access all features, new and old howevr by doing this you only get an additional 2slots to your account making a total of 6 slots.
I do not believe there is a pre-order for the CE at this date.

Yea now im starting to get it...
I will have to buy the Pre Order to play early and get the 2 weapons, then ill have to buy the collectors editions to get the extras from that.
I will be adding it to my original account so ill be getting 2 extra slots, which is just fine with me because I have 2 characters that ive played since beta anyways so actually ill have 4 open slots :) but I will be making a ritualist and a assasin so ill still have 2 open slots :P
I know the early play would be cool but I wonder if those two weapons will be worth a pre order ... the weapon we got with the original GW wasnt that great later on in the game anyways.

So just to clear things up for me... if I pre-order CE, which is now posted at EBgames... I'll get both the pre order bonuses, and the CE bonuses?

o so they are pre-ordering CE now? Well yes you will get both sets of bonuses as their is only 1 pre-order package.

Thats so lame, only 2 extra slots, cant even make one of each. If I bought another copy of GW, would it be possible to, instead of having 2 accounts, combine those as well?

I got 2 questions... lol. When u buy the pre-order do u actualy buy the game? and when it comes out u can start playing and dont have to go out and buy the rest or w/e. And do u get the glowing hands if u buy the collectors addition and add it to your first g/w account? lol if u do would it be only for your new char or for a?ll

From what I understand, you don't actually get the game, you get the game client, and have to load the game through the client, over the internet. Its kinda like the updates.

Nope. There are two versions:
* A boxed one: you'll get the game on CD, and everything else with it, and you can start playing from 28th March, 7:01GMT
* An online one: you'll get a serial key, and you can start playing at 27th March, 7:01GMT (yes, one day earlier). However, you won't get a CD, you have to either DL the client or use the Prophecies one - both ways you should prepare for downloading tons of files.
Preorder versions (EU)
It seems that in North America you can only get the online one, but you'll get more stuff with it:
