Oh yeah you heard me right, I've been randomly farming out of boredom and i found these new weapon skins of air staff and earth staff, also found a shield with -4 rec dmg 12% ^^
here are the 2 new pictures(they are actually long wand versions ^^)

nice + cred, yeah those shields are new too, the max you can get is -5 (20% chance)

Yeah the other day in Ascalon when I was doing a quest, I found a staff with the same skin as the Yakslapper :D and another in Snake Dance skill-capping with the same skin as Rago's Flame Staff. Sold it though, needed the inventory space, not new but thought that the some of the Greens had unique skins :P +Cred for you though, really ncie staffs.

Some of the greens did have unique skins, they probley added those skins to the game so that if you didn't like the mods of the green but you liked the skin then you can create one of your own. It's probley going to lower the green prices again to. :(
