That's one nich weapon, but I doubt it exists since all the weapons I've ever seen with a +dmg (always) ALL have a negetive thing to go with it, so...
Ancients One (R/E lvl 20)--(Defened North Kryta Provence)
Ancients Divine One (Mo/ME lvl 20)--(Eternal Grove)
Ancients Great One (W/N lvl 20)--(Last Day Dawns)

maybe it was dam +15 %, hp regen -1, and he added vampiric, wich maybe doesn't stack ?

they do exist without negative stats they are just extremely rare. here is another simular one from someone else

I've picked up LOTS of +dmg weapons without any negative attributes, you must have bad luck -lol. They DEFINITELY do exist.
Not a bad axe but +12 Axe Mastery is a bit steep for me. Now if it was a +9 or lower Axe Mastery, that would be nice!

noting the fact that its a dwarven axe that item must be worth at least 500k.. not really great at pcing but i know a good item when i see one!!!

Maybe it's just the resolution on my monitor. But I can clearly see a difference in the black box starting right under the damage mod. It clearly looks like a photoshop job to me.

it is photoshop, if you dont belive me take it in and blow it up to 1600% and take the sample tool. you will see the line very accurate too, but the upper part got the color code (14,9,6) and the lower (24,22,21) so accytually a big difference
who would have thought that CPU and MOBO's could burn... or atleast they got toasted pretty good

i think it is real you can see on the top it says 'with celestia valkyria' which means they took it from a trade window, i looked at trade windows in game and the colour does change like that. also the radar in the back doesnt look chopped in half.

What you Photoshop fanatics are forgetting is that the mouse over weapon stat box is translucent.
Therefore background elements can show through and account for the color differences you've claimed as hard evidence to tampering. It has also been stated that a keen eye can see this is taken with a trade window up and that alone can account for the color difference.
Plus, if someone was going to fake it then why leave it at Req. 12? This is a from a thread designed to show off your best weapon and if I wanted to impress people (and I was photoshopping a weapon to that end) I would change the Req. to 8 or 9.

It's not a photoshop, the box is just hovering over empty slots which is hovering over the screen. So the boxes are the light grey you see and the screen creates the dark grey.
Can I get a PC?
No! Buy your own damn personal computer, dammit!
