Outside of the bosses, I particularly like playing on the Snowy Bridge and shooting the Ninja's that jump up in the air while trying to lunge at you.
Also, you just can't beat killing loads of vamps and rushing soldier skele's with a Shotgun. Too much fun

I have favourite levels rather than monster.
I like - and play more than twice.
Train Station.
Snowy Bridge
City on Water
Docks.
I use these levels to test different combinations of Tarot cards.
I also like for melee practise...
Abandoned Factory and Military Base.
If I did have a favourite monster (after some thinking)
it would have to be those biker dudes on City on Water. The way they stand on those fuel drums and get blown spinning into the air breaks me up.
I also like those guys with crowbars on Docks, the way they exclaim and shout at you as you run and shoot them.

I like those medieval zombie warriors from the oriental palace and babel level. And the sado Commandos, skeleton soldiers, the monks (both evil and devil monks).

Favourite monsters:
Hell Angels (all 3 of em)
They look fantastic and are great fun to kill.
Evil Monks
Ever wondered what's under the hood?
Clowns
Funny, colourful and, at the moment, being made even better.
Crusty
Hilarious when they are killed with their bodies intact, bouncing about in mid-air. Also under improvements.

Crusty is a character from the Loony Park level of BOOH.
You don't think gibbing gets boring? Then BOOH is perfect for you. It's almost impossible for bodies to stay in one piece.

My fave monster iz Alastor he is the best and he takes a bit of beatin.

My fave monster has gotta be um................
um................um.................um........
the giant spider on Battle out of Hell.
On the original Painkiller my fave monster has gotta be the banshees coz they send a flock of my fave birds out to get u...............................the ravens.....

my favorite are: devil monks(all versions), corn(booh, strange gray blob, the guy that throws poison popcorn at u and bursts poison gas when dies in looney park unless gibbed), and panzer spider.

I have done it per 1:00 without cards on trauma and per 0:17 on trauma with cards.

My favourite monster is the Freak, the two kinds of him, and I kind a like the amputee. Threw my name you can know that my favourite level is the asylum, freaks are slow but dangerous in short distance, they explode doing a large ammount of damage and they rappidly hit with they're ''white shirt'' I just love those bastards!
