Since technically that bone fiends are considered a ranged attack unit, it should affect them. Personally i havn't tried this before, but I am about 75% posotive that it works for bone fiends. They do shoot arrows, or whatever it is, so it should affect them. Fertile winds affects all undead allies, live pets, and creatures, so Favorable Winds should have an effect on the bone fiends as well.

If you say bone fiends then it would also affect staff/wand users since thats 'ranged' too.

ok maybe i should make the "ranged" category a little more in depth. Don't bone fiends attack with arrows? if they do then shouldn't Favorable Winds affect them as well?

FW only affects arrows, and I don't think bone fiends use arrows it's some sort of spikes that they shoot, now I don't think it's considered arrows, could be wrong but I would say it does not work.

the attacks from bone feinds look like the attacks that devourers and spiders use which are arrow attacks, so it's either they just used the same animation or they are arrows that feinds fire, therefore they get affected by fav winds.

well it was worth a try, i guess they only way to find out is to go to support and ask, or just try it for yourself.

Are you sure that's what they shoot? I mean if yes that's dumb.

Bone fiends just like devouers don't use arrows, because stance skills such as bonetti's or block arrows don't work against them. Favorable winds only affects arrows so sorry its not going to help.

Ehm... lolz, ok well a reply to your question
arrows = Projectal, not ranged but yeah pretty close.
and yes it does affect Bone Fiends.
Favorable Winds
Create a level 1-8 Spirit. For creatures within its range, arrows move twice as fast as normal and strike for +6 damage. This Spirit dies after 30-126 seconds.
Undead dead or not they are creatures.
and yeah i have tested it a while ago.
