i just wanted to be sure be4 i tried to make a 55 monk but what runes should i put on my monk to make it 55 and is her designs ok or should i buy the clothes?
plz make sure it is the best info of ur knowledge be4 i send my money but u guys have never let me down : )

The runes that you need are the 4 sup runes from each attribute then a 5th sup rune, (go for which ever is cheapest at the time) This takes your health down to 105, then you have to use the -50 life offhand that you get from cities of ascalon quest to reach 55 life.
Its best to put these runes in tattoo armour as the extra energy is useful, the cheapest place is to get them from lions arch as you get same energy and the armour level doesnt matter as your have prot spirit up constant.

It has -50 health which gives you 55 health from your 105 health which means Healing breeze is healing you for every 5 damage not every 10 damage.

You use the off hand cuz it gives an extra -50 hp. You really should try to read up on this, because using the build just because you heard of it isnt a good idea, and possibly a waste of money. Read up on it here. Hope this helped a little
