| How to tell if your practice worked? |

Currently I'm improving my aim... however I can never tell if it works. Always it feels like my aim is terrible againsr bots. Even more it feels oblivious against real players.
I'm trying to use only the LG against my friend I practice with but my aim is so off that it feels that I never imrpove when I use it.
Or is that how practice works? It feels as if you are never imrpoving but you really are? I don't know and it's really fustrating

Face Classic is a good map to start improving aim. Practise headshoting Novice bots from the top and when you can do it pretty much every time bump up the level a bit and try Average.
Another way, again on Face Classic or anywhere with an open space is to not zoom in and try to shoot them as they run in. I do this quite a lot and it isn't as accurate(duh!), but hit them on the body a couple of times and you can deal with them easily if/when they get close.

imo I play online for a while and after that play with bots. Since playing with bots makes me able to control the whole situation, I can feel how I perform totally.

stop playing bots. they will not improve your aim. get in public servers and only shoot lightning gun for 2 hours straight. that will improve your aim. same thing with shock.[/U]

i totally agree wiv th above get a few people play th mutator arena select lightning gun or shock, n boom play 4 a wile it helps big time...i dont see myself improvin wich is anoyin but hey... 1 thing u can du against bots (a bit hypocritical but hey) is put th bot skill to change (cant remember wat its called) so wen u do good they get harder wen u do bad they get easyer... i did 1v1 all lightning guns...
but it wont bring on the GOD...it stays on inhuman even wen im 50 kills ahead :(...

If you play noobs over and over again you won't get any better. It may be fun but it won't help you. If you play against people who are better than you then you may get whipped in the first few games but gradually you will learn from them and your mistakes. Practice makes perfect. To improve on anything you have to do it at least 3 times a week for at least half an hour. To make a move become automatic you have to continue this for three months. Patience is the key.

why dont u go by levels start easy and keep going to the next level in bots.And use shock rif. Trust me it works.
