I just had a few quick questions about the servers for SUN
1) Will they be split up into different realms?
2) Are there different factions? (>_< I couldn't find too much about that)
3) Will we be playing on the same servers are the Korean players?
4) Would you guys from the forums be interested in rolling on the same server and starting a guild?

I'm pretty sure they will split it into different realms b/c once the adversiting is out everyone will want to play. I'll most definately join us with everyoen here so we can all play and have our own guild. Just gotta make sure when the first person gets the game they find a good server that hopefully won't get overpopulated quickly. Like the ones with the cool names lol. ie Bahamut in FFXI. With Factions and Reputation, I'm don't think that'll happen since it's just us vs. The Emporer.
Remember, If you get SUN online first help us get a good server so we can all play comfortably :P. Rate everyone :P

Thanks a lot for the post Evil.
I guess we will all have to pay attention to the forums as to what server to play on.
Will the servers be broken up like a USWest US east type thing or perhaps go by timezone? If so I think it would be a good idea for anyone interested in posting thier location so we can pick a server that will benifit everyone in terms of time, lag etc.

most likely we all gunna be at the same server the only
thing i know about 30 people can go on a quest and when u
do quest u and ur team go on a different server so only u
and ur team are in the world but i wondering lets say i
start a quest and lets say evil wants to join but i already
started would evil be able to join?

I always like having an "Un-official Official Gameamp Server". And I always like having some sort of Gameamp guild.
Once we get the server list released we can all site down and decide what server we want to start on, and just make it known to new members the one we are playing on.

Actually after seeing some gameplay...I think to zone into certain places you can get a team ready so that only you and your team can go into it, or you can go by yourself and etc. I think you can even put a password into it so that only select ppl can go with you or no password so anyone can be in the same map

So then the questing will be a lot like the Guild Wars intance zones I guess. Not too Shabby.

Actually, it sounds more like diablo 2 where you have a gathering place and a list of games to choose from, and anyone can go into any game unless it's passworded?
In GW you have towns where all the players congregate and form parties. Then when they are ready, the leader either clicks the enter mission button, or if it's a quest, they go out the portal into the next zone.

Actually Blackphoenix, after seeing your explination of GW it's like that. Everyone meet up in town get's in a party and creats the room for the zone they'll go to, but I'm not certain. The video was in Korean so I'm not 100% positive, but I'm pretty sure that's how it is. I'm certainly going to party up with you guys and play on the server. Just remeber if you get the game first find a good server that you think we all won't lag in...that reminds me I need to make a post to find out where everyone's gonna play from ;p

It's kinda like GW, there will be portals between areas.And i saw a movie where people gathered in town and the leader chose the map and stuff. youre gonna get a skill bar just like in gw but it's bigger then in gw. U can find out more at www.webzengames.com and on www.sunonline.co.kr
U can see in game movies at sunonline. Look down and u see Movie then press on +more and there u have it. =]
