Can someone please fully explain to me how to transfer to the test server (as much english as possible please!)
Before you say so, i know they describe how to do it in the coh forums but they make it too comoplicated and i dont even know if it works for CoV too.

This thread, over on the Gameamp City of Heroes site, explains in pretty good detail, how to set up Test Server access on your PC. It can be a little complicated if you're not real familiar with the operating system, though.

i know how to copy my hero over to the test server but what is the link to copy your villians to the test server

Same link. If your villain is on that server, it will show up in the list of available toons to copy over.

this might be too late, but just right click on ure coh/cov link, then properties, then in the box click, (space)-test.
there is also a post in the forums by cuppajo that is awesome cause i suck at explaining.
