This mutator should (imo) be on every server, but since there are lazy server admins and deck 17 is still a often played 1on1/tdm map it would be cool to have this feature included in utcomp as a voteable option. If you vote for it every sniper rifle in the map is replaced by a lightning gun.
would this be possible to be included in utcomp 1.4c or 1.5?

I had this as an option in the original UTComp 1.4 gametype vote page design, but Lotus decided not to implement it for some reason.
I'll bug him some more. (lol)
