Does the toggle defense powers in SR have the same effect as the auto defense powers?
Ex.
Focused Fighting vs. Dodge
Simply put, do they both have the same defense effect?
This speaks for Focused Senses and Agile as well...

The auto powers have a lesser def buff than the toggle powers but have the benifit of always being up and draining no endurance. So if you are trying which to decide on you can get the toggles first and put off the auto powers until later on but you will definatly want those auto powers for continued good health as a SR scrapper.

unslotted the toggles are about 12.5% and the auto powers are about 5%.
