im seeing these things more and more: a blue identified 15^50 icy dragonsword req 9. exactly the same. can i get it with a quest or something? or is it just my imagination :P

you don't get them from a quest, you get them from farming in mineral springs, t the far end are some imps that drop them.

go to Granite Citadel, then fight your way through tascas demise i think thru to mineral springs, then u need to fight your way right over to the cave on the other side, occasionally an Ice imp may drop 1, they are a rare dropa dn ive never actually gotten 1 myself so i dont know the drop rate of them, if u need a map im sure theres 1 on this site somewhere
