Pretty regularly for equal or even lower prices than that too.

wat does HoD stand for? plus wats so great about this sword? the +5 energy? because it's not even max and personally i wouldn't go for the enchanting mod and its blue not even gold or purple

For 55hp monks, it rules. +5 energy on an item you can Mod with Furious and Enchanting? Man, oh, Man that's sweet.

1). HoD = Henge of Denravi, (it was a sword given by a collector in the opening month or so of the game release, why it was taken out confuses me as i see nothing about it tht needs it to be taken out)
2). whats great about it is the +5 energy, NO other sword in the game as +5 energy, plus this sword is no longer available to get hold of anymore from a collector THAT is what is so good about it
3). the enchanting mod is good for warriors who use such thingsas mark of protection or healing hands, oras someone said (which is 3 words btw :))a 55 monk
4). gold or purple means nothing for decency of an item, ifu take a good look around the collectors or even at peoples weapons sets u may see perfect BLUE items, its because for staves and wands and foci they come with perfect skill rechrge and cast times, sword/axes/hammers and bows all have perfect +damage mods, colour of an item only comes into the equation to those who are looking for the perfect weapon set.
ok enough of that, who in the hell would pay 360k?!!?!?? i paid 100k+2 ectos for mine, 360k is way too much, anyone who pays that is an idiot

I bought my HoD with the Furious and Enchants mod already on it... for 380k
(100K +40 ecto's)
Sounded like a good deal at the time considering there were some goin for 480k on Guru with the same mods :]
They pretty much own any wand wen it comes to healing and especially protting.. Also great use for a necro, i love it ^_^
cant wait for the value to skyrocket after say... 3 months.

just because on Guru itis going for like 480k doesnt mean the sword is actually worth that much, guildwars guru is just like this site, its for games fans. guru always overprice items anyway, i mean seriously they stuck a price tag on the green items now if they take the price down a notch thats the new price...its pathetic, its like when i see someone saying something like:
'WTS Brohns Staff 40k (45k on guru)'
i just laugh coz everyone in guildwars knows he wont get that much, IMHO guru is rubbish for item pricing

I got mine a while ago now for 100k + 31 ectos, which is 317k as I didn't feel like getting it cheaper by spamming the chat somewhere for hours.
I just bought the ectos from the trader for 7k each.

I didnt spam.. cmon who does that :P
I got most my ecto's for 7k and picked up a few... but wow 317k sounds like quite an amazing deal ^_^
And about the Guru Prices.. i agree with you that 'whatever guru says happens' is rubbish but hey.. wat can we do about it. Most ppl go by there law... u offer say 10k for an item and the person says 'its 15k on guru' =_=

plus im happy with wroths rod for my 55 monk because what does it matter if enchantments last 20% longer, if everybody is dead? like why would an extra 20% mean anything to a bunch of dead people anyway... if you cant kill them with out the 20%mod then give up cus you cant 55monk it. :) i have isues with the noobish 55's who dont do anything but spam how its all nerfed (me <3 Balanced stance + Hydras = gold gold gold gold gold gold gold)
