It's not really worth that much. Not max damage, so yeah, 1k MAX, but don't expect many offers at all.

If you add a +5 armour grip and a poisoners string you could sell it in ToA for a few K.
While it might not appear to have good stats it's the bow that FoW Solo ranger forest farmers use.
edit: It is however still an available quest reward, so you need to find someone lazy or who has filled up all their PvE slots.

Yeah i aggree with the above prices.
Also , that is a bow from the quest the last hog. Its the reward you get.
I use this bow on my ranger for the -2 dmg recieved while in a stance. As a runner I'm in a stance most of the time, especially near foes, so its helpful.

They can solo farm the Forest area of FoW. You run to that point though.

It's a Kryta quest reward from Captain Greywind, Blankets for the settlers or Ascalon Settlement. I just did it while checking out the new Kurzick and Luxon settlements.
It's not worth anything, because everybody can get it.
