Was just wondering how much i should sell this Sunering Half Moon of Fortitude. 15-28(req 8. marks) damage +16(while hexed) Armor Penetration + 10(chance:10%) and +29 health.

I'm inclined to say salvage it. Unfortunately, "while hexed" bonuses aren't very easy to sell. The +28 Fortitude mod would sell for (I believe) about 5-8k, while the Sundering mod would go for about 25-35k.
Bow itself is about 10k, largely due to the mods; despite the low requirement, not many people are going to buy a "while hexed" damage bonus for their own use.
