All you EQ'ers will know what i'm talking about.
Kinetics the Speed Boost power, increases End regen, movement speed (ground and air) and makes your powers recharge faster. Personally I think its better than KEI.

one slot on a trollers speed boost will give almost as much as an even lvl RA for end.
PS what is crack in EQ?
