How do i Beat the Doppleganger with my Ele/Necro.
He Does more damage then me and even packs a Battleaxe.
Please Help

/N? ah yes, Necros are fun to use to beat Doppleganger. Just bring Awaken the Blood and any other Self Sacrifice spells. Then just stand there as he kills himself in time for the bonus.

Hi Ventrue and welcome to the forums,
The easiest way I have found to beat the doppleganger with an elementalist is to take 3 skills:
Meteor Shower
Phoenix
Fireball
Now the first thing that the doppleganger will use is Meteor shower the moment you step into the arena, simply wait until he has cast his move out of its path and then cast yours, move in and then use Phoenix followed by Fireball, this should finish him off quite easily, if not just recast fireball or phoenix and he will die.
Or you can use your Necromancer side and just take self sacrificing skills and Awaken The Blood the doppleganger will use them and kill himself.
Warrior/Monk - Finished Chapter 1
Elemtalist/Monk - Finished Chapter 1
Monk/Mesmer - Finished Chapter 1
Ranger/Monk - Finished Chapter 1

it maybe worked, it's all wrong, phoonix is useles here since he moves around a lot.
alway's have abonate bound(or what ever) with you so you alway's have a head start health wise, now when it starts use that to getter with blood renewal.
he will use meteor shower and gliphs of lesser energy, run around so he cant dmg you.
now use vampire gaze and shaddow stike, also use fireball when he has low health.
this worked for me, it's the ultimate self nuking 0_0

Yea i gotta agree with you there, dont use ur ele skills, just us self sacrificing stuff. The only really hard class to beat him with is mo/e or e/mo, nething else is kinda easy. (Frenzy on war, backfire and crap on mez, self sac on necro, etc.)

i used aura of restoration and flare to beat dopple. I casted aura before goin in and spammed flare and killed him quick. I had max fire and rest of points in energy storage.

E/Mo was easy to beat, all you did was cast Meteor Shower and Meteor on him and run around while he casted it. He stays in the same spot the whole time and trys to cast shower.
