Well you have to wait for issue 7 to drop until it is even avalible to go to. I am sure more info about it will become available when it drops on the test server.

If you look at the rouge isles map you'll see that St.Martial is the closest isle to Grandville so i belive it will either be a boat or a flyer from Martial to Grand.

I would say no. I don't believe they've made the announcement yet that it is going to the test.

Issue 7 will be on the test server next week maybe.
They are having buggy problems that are crashing the game or so I read on the offical boards for COV. It is also going to delay the offical release of I7 until next month.

I just reached 40 on the 1st, I really wanted to be sure incase they released it the first day of april, I may have rushed for nothing, but at least now im prepared, if they do take as long as it looks like they're going to my friends and other people at least will have time to catch up.
