got a sundering longbow (10/10) of shelter (+6) and a poisoners flatbow of fortitude (+30) within about 10 mins of each other yesterday...anyone care to guess what i salvaged from each? :S

You know you can sell each one of those weapons as salvage items for like 5-10k. 5k if there are 2 mods and 10k if there is one mod. Then 2 people make profit. I know people that make their gold buying weapons like that.

I bet you got the shelter mod(+6) off the first one, and the Poisonous string off the seond one.
Either that or you just got wood planks ;)

so im not the only one who is unlucky when it comes to salvaging, why can't we choose what we want to salvage from an item, that would be more fair

Ive lost 3 (thats right 3) Sword pommels of Fortitude +30 to salvage kits... It's so frustrating...

Dont hate the poisoner's string :P. my primary bow is a stinger and there isnt a bow in the world that would change my oppinion of it. Unless maybe a storm bow with the same mods..but other than that..nothing.
