Hello Everyone. Right now ive been doing different IDS and SF runs, and i was wondering which armor is better for my warrior. Do i want the ones with the higher armor rating? or more energy?
Currently im using the Gladiator's Armor with the extra energy boost, but ive been beginning to wonder for farming purposes if it would be better to have the higher AR.
I was also thinking getting a set of higher AR and keeping the 2 to switch out for the right occasion. Just wondering which occasion calls for which type of armor
Thanx for the help

I would recommend using the Gladiator's Armor for farming, that way you have plenty of energy to use based on your different skills. Many W/Mo players that I know use smiting skills and healing skills while they are farming, this calls for as much energy as you can get because the warrior only has a +2 Energy Regen. Hope that helps!

I would not sacrifice any of the energy for a piece of Knights armor, I would go full Gladiator for the Energy.
Edit: If you do not use very many attacks/spells that require Energy then you could definately go full Knights for the Damage Reduction and still do very well while farming.

Thought buying knight boots gave you the full -2 dmg reduction, because it counts for your whole armor?
So you could consider trying Gladiators armor with knight boots, if it's not working it only cost you 1 energy.
Also gladiator armor is strong against psysical attacks. Most of the enemy attacks hit in chest and head. While Gladiator armor gives the most energy on chest, so with knight chest and the rest gladiator armor will not benefit that much.

This is the best thing you can do.
Use glads over you entire body. For your head buy a Knights Helm or Ascalon Helm. You will get -2 dmg with either helm over the entire body. When choosing a helm, choose the one that your attributes require. If you want +1 Tactics get the ascalon helm. If you want +1 Strength, get the knights helm.
You should have
Head - Ascalon or Knights Helm -2 dmg
Rest of body Glads
Also use buy a rune of major absorbtion
Total Energy 27
AL vs ele 80
AL vs physical 100
dmg reduction with rune -4
then go to the desert and get the crimson carpace shield while in stance you get +45 HP and -2 dmg reduction giving you a total of -6 dmg reduction (when hit from front)
