does fast casting work for skills from all professions? im gonna make a mesmer and i was just wonerin some stuff before i delete my warrior(mhe too many warriors not enough mesmers)
and there armor is like the rest of the casters... 60.... so they cant take dmg...
im thinking what the best second proff would be... i have an idea but im not going to say untill i have it finished... only then will you learn my secrets :)

YES fast casting does work on all skills from all professions.
Ever heard of a resmer?
Necros sac themselves so minions masters can get corpses.
Rezmers (mesmer monks) use fast casting to ressurrect the necro saccas so that a minion army can be built within 2 mins.

BiP, Blood is Power {E} Necro Spell, lose 33% max health, and no recharge, do that a few times and your dead really quick.

Unfortunatly you are wrong about all skills: it is only spells that work, so your plan probably won't work.
If you want to make your attack skills better you might want to try a rangers expertise to reduce the cost, although that probably won't help you.
Ancients One (R/E lvl 20)--(Defened North Kryta Provence)
Ancients Divine One (Mo/ME lvl 20)--(Eternal Grove)
Ancients Great One (W/N lvl 20)--(Last Day Dawns)
Ancients Swift One (A/W lvl 20)--(Finished Factions)

Mes/Ele
Fire Attune
Ele Attune
5 x Random Fire Damg Spells
Rez Sig
This build will allow you keep lots of energy becoz of the dual attunements..... BUT also deal lost of high fire dmg spells very quickly!!! (High Dmg Fire Spell usually take awhile to cast)
Its know as Fast Cast Nuker :) Lots of dmg quick FTW!
Try it, is fun in PvE or PvP - Tho the choice of Fire skills you take will change depending on PvE or PvP!

wow mesmers are complicated, since i have a gaming timelimit of 1 hour i'll go with a class which takes less time to master (yes i live at home, but im in highschool so no "hahaha you live with your mom" remarks)
+ 16 on fire does more dmg than +12 so i'll stick with my ele nuker (all my skills are single attacks which affect the group so they never run away, making me pwn faster than 2 fire eles with firestorm and metoer shower.... oh i do carry metoer shower cus who likes cock rangers up on a hill out of sight still managing to pwn you)
