From now on - 6th March 2006, all accusations of scamming that mention names must be supported with proof. Allowing scammer reports without proof provides too much potential for abuse, innocent parties could receive an unjust bad reputation and it gives too much scope for personal vendettas to be aired in public forums.
It is important to discuss how people are scamming gamers in the community, forewarned is forearmed, but unless you have adequate proof do not include names.
Remember in order to protect yourself against possible scams, don’t let anyone rush you through a transaction, always check gold/items on every step in the trade window, if your at all suspicious take screenshots during every step in the process. When providing or paying for runs grab screenshots of the agreement, take screenshots of leavers or non-payers making sure the chat window shows the necessary evidence.
If you are concerned that screenshots may be forged remember that we have plenty of graphic talent within the community who are very hard to fool.

I know they will face suspension or permanently banned but, if you got scammed out of, say 5k, you wont get your money back even after the problem has been resoulved will you??

Nope, NCPlay/ANet will do nothing if you lose money in any kind of transaction. As for banning accounts even with proof and time, and date and all that crap NCPlay (who is the one that deals with the "scammer proof" emails) usually do nothing.
How do I know this crap? Well cause I have emailed them, with proof and time, and date, and area, and district and server..which they will ask for in a reply email. After that..they just hound you with stupid emails about "rate our abuse helping forum" crap. Do they realy do much? Doubtful, hence why we still have people out there scamming, because NCPlay wont ban their IP address. OOOO Ban someone's account, not a big deal,they can go out and get another email address and everything and keep on scamming.
