Im at school right now so Im not sure about the skin. I think it is Reinforced Buckler, but im not 100% sure. Ill post a pic when i get home.

i'm not an expert in PC but its a good shield low req and 20% chance for -5 i say 20K

If it is a buckler IMHO its the worst skin for a shield. The stats are nice though i would try 10-15k.

If it is the Reinforced Buckler skin then I would say 10-12k. If it is not the Reinforced Buckler skin then it would probably be around 15-18k.
