NON Stop Around Tryria PvE Challenge

Hi.

After speaking to Evil Geek about this, he has asked me to post this hear.

On Sunday at 8.30am GMT, my Guild [WoF] Warriors of Fenrir will start a new pre searing Warrior.

This Warrior and a small team from WoF will be taking this character thro every mission in Tyria, basically Start to finish in Guild Wars! This isn't unusual... but what is:

We will do this without Sleep or rest... Basically non stop playing until the game is completed!

Whilst doing this we will:

- Be keeping a Picture and Events Diary of the whole journey , capturing every lvl up, every mission finish and other random events
- We will then also make a music video for this event which will hopefully be published on the front page of Game Amp

We estimate this will take between 24-36 hours.

Whilst the Guild Has more than enough members, should anyone wish to join us for a certain section (i.e Thunderhead Keep or Hells) Feel free to add me to friends - 'Kall Isto' or 'Ocean of Arezzi' and maybe you can join.

You would get a chance to star in the diary and maybe even the video. (We have a very good Video editer in guild).

We kinda aim to set a record that maybe other GW addicts can try and break at a later date!

You are crazy, lol. Playing 36 hourd without any sleep sounds like a total madness to me. But hey, I'm not stoping you. I'll be interested to view the entire progress once you have published it.

Firstly let me say Your all mad! but I also think it's a great idea, if the doctors would let me out the asylum for longer I'd join you for the whole thing! I know that you won't be short of helpers in the gameamp community their always up for a challenge. If your monk needs a break or needs extra support give Ms Anthropy a shout, always willing to help :-) Evil Geek may also be tempted out of the catacombs along with his minions or his cursing skills if needed.

Keep a running journal in the forums by all means if any of your members get the time and we will be happy to host your video as long as it meets our submission guidelines.

When u say it logs u off..it logs u of no matter what u are doing??? So if im in the middle of THK and i happen to be on 10 hours it logs me off!!!....Il tell ya now that happens to me ill burn ANET to the ground!!

i dont think they will want a lvl 7...i think they will use lvl 20's so that they will do it quicker...just 1 question, how will you do the ascension with the doppleganger? will the character being "escorted" be lvl 20 by the time they reach the end of the ascension missions?

Even though tey're being escorted, I believe he said they were doing all of the missions, and presumably most of the quests. So he should be quite leveled up by the time he gets to Ascension.

Good Luck. I really hope you include all side quests, not just missions and primary quests. That would be a real feat.

also is doesnt take a high lvl to kill the doppelglanger i was lvl 10 with my warrior (second character) and that was before anet weakened him

I think its just going to be the one low level character because THK with 2 lvl 10's or w/e.... wow its hard enough with all lvl 20s

I had an idea, maybe at certain spots teams can like switch out for 20 minutes or so. Like drop the new guy off at beacons, let another team get him to lions arch and through it or something, you know give some people a little break and a chance to log out and back in

If you need a runner anywhere, just ask Sakaki Yuu Asakawa (that's me), respected runner from Ascalon City to the Desert, with all locations. (Can save some time with getting to the missions...) If you rather would use the help of a MM or an SS, just call Carnivore Cassie (both are my characters :) )

And let me quote myself:
