Probably the person who made the mode was a bit of a jacka$$ and set the settings up wrong. did the mod come with some configuration settings with it? if it did you need to go in to it and find where it says Utcompv13 go and delete that and type in the file for utcompv13 and save it and hopefully that will work. if that doesn't work well you really need to contact the people who made it or the site you got it from.

Or, he's on the demo. I'm not sure you can get full mutator support for demo games (ie: UTComp).

Either the demo limits like said above, or you didnt copy the right file(s) to the correct place.
