Hi everyone, I forgot to tell you that I am now a daddy! My wife just had a baby last Monday... oddly enough, she looks alot like my wife's boss!
Ha! Just kidding!
So ya, he name is Kiera Elise Schworer. 8.8 lbs, 22 inches long. And she's really really cute.

Well, I'm not sure what her AT is as of yet, but she has a few inheriant powers - maybe some of you can help me figure out what her AT is based on these powers:
1. Sleep. This is what she does best.
2. Look around and make weird faces.
3. Poop.
4. Make loud noises.

Thanks War! Well, so far she's sleeps ALL the time, but I'm not fooling myself into thinking it will be that way all the time... I think God makes them sleep a lot when their first born so that it's easier for new parents. :-)

My nephew turns 2 in a few weeks and he's at the walking talking wants everything stage. Loves my mobile phone and has been known to pick up the phone at my sisters and press the fast dial button, always presses the one that comes through to me... considering he gets up at 7am every day - its not nice!
Just think you got the walking, talking tantrums - oh and teething - my sister said thats a lot of sleepless nights - and shes got another one due in a few months!
Gratz to you and the wife though, I'm lucky being an uncle - I spoil Ben rotten and give him back at the end of the day. Changing nappies is not my idea of fun!

wow, i actually got that obscure zombie movie referance...
Gratz on the new alt IRL!! i made it hell for my parents, so im told everyday by my mom who hits me and told me this morning that she wishes she aborted me when she had the chance then told me she knows where i sleep, and i told her that i sleep with the matches...
but just remember that any psychological abuse u give that child will coem back and bite u! lalalala (sings ring around the rosie)

WHAT!?!? The Shawn of the Dead movie is NOT obscure...in fact one of my toons is named Shawna of Death (because Shawn of the Dead wouldn't fit at that time)

Congrats man! I do have to say, I believe raising a puppy is easier, and if you just give in and let them sleep with you on the first night, there are really no nights that you deal with lack of sleep.

Well if we are coming up with ATs for the kids I will have to go with a sonic/sonic defender not quite a defender not quite a blaster and not quite a controller but does a good job at all of em if slotted right.

Congratulations! Now you get to be a Super Hero in the real world. Someone's father.
I wish you luck and patience. I have a friend that just went through the first baby adventure. He had a tough time, but now he's a pro. Just remember, they didn't send you home with a game manual for this adventure. Do your best and everything will work out!
