As far as I know, you have to either buy it or pray that it drops. It's not a collector's item.

There is no -20 grim cesta.
However, there IS a -20 divine symbol(more than one kind, I think).
I would know, i use one for my 55 if i do die.

nvm guys i got it. my bad it was a divine symbol which u can get from the old tenents quest in ascalon city in pre by talking to the krytan near where prince rurik is.
