Now I discovered that minions are slaves of sorts. When their master leaves the game they WILL turn hostile. I had an unfortunate ecperience with this once. It was during the "destroy the kurziks" quest (death to all Kurziks) that the MM I was with left after finishing the quest. Suddenly all his minions started killing the surviving luxons (it was after defeating the kurziks, don't bring enchants) and me. Fortunately I was running a smite tank build and they had some serious degen but we were outnumbered. So remember MM necros, let your minions die before you leave.

They will also turn on you if the master dies.. So if you encounter a Minion Factory in PvP just kill the master then retreat and let the minions slaughter their own team.

Before I started my little break I was going to make a
"ha ha ur minions are mine f00"
build with my Necromancer. For the sole purpose that when the minion master dies the minions all go nuts. This way I would get them back (were I the minion master) or spare my team from rampant minions.
Oh plus in PvE when the damn summit get minions before you. Twas a fun build :D

Where is the fun in that? If a team really annoys me or does something really really really stupid, I have been known to build an army and /ragequit. The irate whispers about how I am a complete a-hole are so satisfying. Otherwise, if I like the group I use Taste of Death to trim the numbers quick.

It's even more fun in GvG when they have 1 MM and you have 2 people run in and kill him really quickly and then pull back and watch as the minios slaughter their team..but then the team tries to res the MM in hopes that he'll regain control of the minions..but he doesn't so they kill him again and he gets 30dp and then the ragequitting starts..
Yep..that's fun to watch and more satisfying because during the time that they are struggling with their own minions you can just post the flag and get morale boosts and you can clean out all the archers in their base..or you can load up their own catapult if you are in that area and as they run back to save their lord you catapult them and win
