Hey, I am currently advancing my W/Mo through the southern shiverpeaks. I got an idea, and tried to do the Droks run, but inevitably, without charge, very little progress is made. My reason for attempting the run, was to see what the collector for Frozen Shells had to offer. I can get within sight of him, but die just short. Additionally, I have a Mesmer which is a master at killing the Drok wurms. So I was wondering if anyone could post the items offered at this collector as I may farm the shells. Thnx!!

and I'm looking to buy frozen shells because I want the bow 15^50

You can get a 15^50 ascalon bow right out side of augrary rock going through the north i cant quite remeber the name of the area

Skyward Reach is the name of the area. The collector that gives the Ascalon Bow is John Verado, in exchange for 5 Topaz Crests. He is located immediately outside of Augury Rock.

Actually there are differences in the bows you get from collector even though they all look the same. So depending on what type of bow you want you will probably want to start looking for those collectors.
Take a look at this page to see what all the collectors have, and for bows what type of bows they are offering. The bows are nice but the only problem is that you can't tell what type of bow they are since they all look the same and are all called Ascalon bow.

Can anyone point me to a breakdown of the Bows available, by that I mean. Which bow has best range, which has fastest ROF etc... I have been looking for this info but have yet to find. +creds to any who enlighten me.

Ok, it appears he CAN get the SAME bow from the desert... No Skin difference between bows?!?
If thats the case, is there anything unique to the collector on the droks run... if not, why waste time collecting frozen shells.... I do believe they are the hardest "collectable" item in the game....?
