it doesnt u get it from a collector south of serenity temple for 3 scorched lodestones(i think) but sumtimes he doesnt appear

They removed that item from the collector. I also heard that they removed the collector alltogether. It sells for 2k now though.

I have not heard any thing about that being removed from the game. The collector appears randomly. He is not there every time you just have to rezone.

its an axe with a 10% skill recharge its a nice item for 55'ing if you add the +20 enchant grip
