Ok if you could have any animal in the world as your GW Pet what would it be? it can have 1 skill :)
nothing to crazy, and keep to real animals and reasonable skills (no nuking monkeys)
I would go for a Huge Stag who would have a knock down skill which would charge (50% faster than normal) at the target then slam into them and send them flying then continue to do peircing dmg with his antlers.
he would use his skill (Stags Charge) only when someone called a target

A fat dragon that flys around your enemies and can do a range fire attack and a claw melee attack. Would be similar to how you would get the spider in UW.

I'd like a Dragon. If it were Hearty it would be super big. Well, not as big as Glint. It has a skill called Dragon Breath or something to that extent. It does +30 damage and sets the target on fire for 3 seconds.

A chicken.. It would have an ability called eye gouge which would blind the target..
Or a bunny like the one in Monty Python's Quest for the Holy Grail...yes that vorpal bunny would have a nice little skill that will either cause Dazed or Deep Wound (50% chance of one or the other)

An Ogre! It's fat and huge. Has a spiked club and cannot go Hearty, must go Dire. Its skill is either Slam, which does damage to foes adjacent to it, or Rageful Strike, which does +10-25 damage depending on its level.

A giant turtle (similar to the Luxons' one). As for attack, I don't really care. May be a hex call Turtle's Relfex, which would slow down movement and attack speed of all nearby foes.

Snakes! You could have a couple of different ones with slightly different attacks
Cobra - blinds the opponent and does piercing damage (well guess they would all do piercing damage)
Constrictor - cripples or imobilises the foe for x amount of time
Rattler - poisons the opponent for x amount of time and would annoy everybody with the noise

I think that a pet hawk or Eagle that would cause bleeding by pecking to scratching people with their talons would be pretty damn cool. Or maybe a wimpy Wurm of of sort that causes knockdown once it emerges from the ground. Either one of the two pets sound cool to me.

I would have a ant.
Skill: climb up at foe and bite him so target it crippled for 15 sec.
Because it is so small it is hard to attack, but once you found it, it is easely dead :)

I'd love to have a pet penguin, can't get much better than that. As for what skill it would have well hmm it would probably be a freeze attack like frozen burst. I can't really think of any kind of original skill this late, but a penguin would be awesome.
