Without any other mods its worthless. I can go out and get a +5 energy (always) rod for 3 charr carvings and be better off that using that.

Outside Nolani, first collector you see. Though I would highly suggest you use a 20% recharge rod instead of +5 energy, as you can get energy from soul reaping and offering of blood.

i asked for a PC not to no were collectors are and if people want 20% cast or recharge they'd get it from the desert some people prefer different things...
