| When do you think the end is? |

A friend of mine and I were talking about Guild Wars and World of Warcraft. Now I don't want this thread to be which is better but he brought up something that I couldn't quite answer. He said," I played in the Beta, and I hit lvl 20 in a couple weeks and then there was nothing to do."
Although I could say that there were things to do I havn't gotten a chance to get to lvl 20 yet, so I couldn't think of what it was like.
In WoW, there is endgame raiding which a person does when they it the max level.
I also have another question, because my friend played in the Beta version, is Guild Wars much different than was it was then?

PvP, instancing, getting all the skills, get all the other stuff unlocked, get the best armor and weapons etc etc.
When your lvl 20 your probably still a fair bit away from actually finishing the story line too.
They added some stuff since beta, bug fixes and balances etc. No major changes, just some improvements.
I played WoW for about a year and besides raiding there is nothing at all to do since the pvp sucks and considering I was in 1 of the top guilds we got everything on farm status quick so there was only 2 nights to do something, which was everytime exactly the same.
Both have stuff to do endgame, but in my opinion WoW's endgame get's quiete boring fast, raiding is only really fun the 1st few times you kill a boss, then it's just the goofing around with guildies that is fun not the actual game :x.
Will make a nicer sig when I think of something ^^

What do you mean by instancing? The whole game is instanced...or do you mean fighting somebody like Glint or whatever that dragon is called?

Well you can pvp, tomb farm, Underworld farm, Fissure of Woe farm, Hall of Heroes, Sorrows Furnace farm, cap skills, unlock skills, save up money for fissure armor or 15k armor, finish endgame, do titan quests, gain 2.5mil xp (i think thats the cap),gvg, uncover the entire map (that's always fun), and so forth.

i think the end of guildwars is really when you have: unlocked every single skill, beaten every single mission, bonus and quest.

Oh sorry, I ment stuff like UW and FoW for example.
