i shall amke a general statement about this, all items with the exception of #1 are worth 60k +++ the gold longsword is worth 100k+ the chaos axe about 80k+ the fds and mursaat hammer are probally worth about 50k

I agree with you on all except for the BattlePick with a sundering and fortitude mod. As the mods aren't perfect, It would decrease in value to about 20-30K.
Apart from that, you have really nice weopons. The lonsword I think is the weopon with most value.
I am a Deadly Hero and am proud of it :)

on the mursaat hammer IF you can find the right buyer it can fetch a very nice profit id say about 80k but thats only IF you find a good buyer because that skin is very rare
