Very nice. I especially like the use of the red black and white tiles in the back ground. It makes her blend but at the same time in a way standout. Also very good job on the shadows.

The top of the letters falls in some of the tile seperation lines, which looks a bit weirdish in my opinion.
One of the tiles isn't colored correct I think, the one where the lines next to the name connects (last N, 1 tile to the right and 1 to left).
Also since you have the blocks / tiles in the background I would have used a more blockery (I don't know if that's a word, if you don't know what I mean say so and I'll try to explain what I mean) font, so the text would fit in more.
But yes it looks very nice, I think the points I noted are more personnal preferences (except the second one).
Will make a nicer sig when I think of something ^^

The point your refering to with the discolored tile was intended, though now that I think about it, it looks really bad. But thanks for your CC. Anyone else?
