Max dam, low req, max dam 15% (i think 15^50 would have been better tho), vamp mod is max I think, only missing 1% on enchanting.
How much is it about?

Yes the Pommel of enchanting is missing 1% but apart from that, it's perfect.

While health is below 50% can go up to +20% damage.
Vampiric on bows goes up to 5/1.
Might just be merchant fodder.
*edit* Do the people above me even look at the stats? I swear they must have made up numbers on that bow.

Im not sure on pricing but below Health mods max is 20% and 5/1 vamp is max.
Warrior/Monk - Finished Chapter 1
Elemtalist/Monk - Finished Chapter 1

i dunno what ^^^ they were thinking but this bow isnt taht good 15%BELOW 50% is horrible, the vamp is 2 off maxand the enchant isnt bad

I would say +100k + some 50 ectos, I mean the 15% health below sucks but add a perfect sundering and +30hp mods,and you have a beautiful bow easily over 350k.
P.S: Don't forget to add mods, it's all about the mods

man where are these pc's coming from...inherent mod is undesirable...the vamp is 2 points from perfect...and the enchantments isnt somethin most r looking for....id say 1-3k at most
