The hammer is a very nice skin but no damage mod really hurts it. I would say 5-10k if you find a collector.

The sword is nice requirement but the 13^50 is 2% off so it lowers the prices alot. I would try 15-20k.

dont think u can put those on weapons-they have to come on them. if you do find a mursaat hammer thats 15^50 it'll be worth a lot more

I have lost many buyers due to the fact that i think i can get more for the item. I have learned my lesson and now usually the first decent offer i get on an item i take.
