And where is good to Farm Ettins,, just outside Beetlerun i only get nonindenfiding Ettins hides

One reason that you are not getting any good drops farming ettins is cuz A-net nerfed the farming code for ettins. Now, so i've heard, they only drop dyes. You might want to try farming down near Sorrows, or else try down near destiny's gorge farming centaurs, but thats just my guess.

ettins still drop runes i was there earlier and got a few gold pauldrons

you should try the ettins just past the ascalon settlement in north kryta province...
they drop much more/better runes.

oO...
sure they drop runes but its a case of luck and silly very lucky, im only saying the north kryta province ettins have much more chance to drop a gold or purple ettin pauldron.

I farmed the ettins outside beetletun a few times past week, got an awfull lot of runes.
Most major, several sup and minor :x
I hate it when I get a major rune from a gold drop :(
Will make a nicer sig when I think of something ^^

don;t even bother with the ettins outside Beatletun. Go straight to NK province and have fun. They drop tons of runes, and just go back and forth between portals.

yea i get quite a few good runes from NKP, also get a few good runes from the Tengu by sanctum and Avacara, i got a Sup absord the other day from the Avacara. But i still prefer the Ettin farmin in NKP.

The ettins past the Ascalon settlement do seem to drop more purple and gold pauldrons. The ettins you come to from Beetletun will also drop the pauldrons but for some reason not as often. I've also gotten several Sup runes from the Grawl outside Port Sledge. Don't know how common that is as I have only been there to cap elites and all the runes came while I was capping with the henchies. I've never tried to solo the grawl, I may give it a try.
