What did you do in GW today?

Well I did 'Parrage' - just for a change..! LoL!
Did a bit of monking this time. Went okay, though the bossiest know-it-all of the group over-lured in a grand messy way at the start of the last level and well.. that's as far as we got :o
I'm noticing that it often seems to be the 'militant' member/s of the group which somehow manage to mess it up, one way or the other... hmm..
Never mind. Stood around chatting with a couple of friends for a while after which was nice :)

So, what did you do in Guild Wars today?

First me and my unrated (N/A) guild won against a rank 215 guild in GvG.. After that we played a HA, went pretty good.
I also tried out some new builds and i was able to kill all masters in the Isle of the Namess with one and the same build.

Today i did a few runs from beacon's to sanctum for 2k a person, made 20k already and only did 2 runs, looking to do more..

Capped an elite, some ascalon arena, unlocked some weapon mods in pve.

Trying to get a good group for "Ring of Fire" mission which seems impossible, THK was easy for me but this is my nemesis.

Tomorrow I'll try again :(

Will make a nicer sig when I think of something ^^

Well, I tried ettin farming for the first time with my warrior. Killed all the ones outside the Acalon settlement twice, and didn't get anything, so that's probably the last time I do that. Then I killed some things in pre with my monk and went from level 4 to 6, yay!

I tried a new build pvp i have see from tournament from the winner The Last Pride vs War Machine ( Last Pride win )
A kd Warrior/ele and I just got one fame with this build in henchway :D
Just before the henchway I have make a balanced team where I got to hoh in first place o.O , never been there before but in barrage in old tombs. We lose against a team of 3 monks , we were 2 monks but i see what drop for them and there were no crystalline sword Ouff!!

I attempted THK with my mesmer and remembered why I hate that mission, and more importantly, the King. Got one elite closer to getting all of the elementalist skills, one left. And finally, attempted to create a pvp character that I can enjoy playing for more than 10 minutes, I failed.

ran aimlessly through LA for about 20 min..went out and tried to do this thing called farming..killed 1 fire imp with my smiting monk..got bored..went back into LA..ran around aimlessly some more...thought about buying a new weapon..spammed WTB a bit...got bored...ran around LA for another 20 min..watched tv while my monk danced..got bored..went to drok's..ran around drok's for 20 min..went to drok's int dist 1...got called a noob because i didnt have the right armor for a 55 monk...realized i wasnt a 55 monk..ran around drok's american districts for a bit...kneeled before glint statue...got LDD..ran around aimlessly for 20 more min..got bored...signed off..

i ran around in nolani acadamy for about 10 minutes, then ran around outside nolani acadamy until i hit grendich courthouse, then ran around with a group of four, one who left and almost completed titans source, then i did a grawl farming run with my ranger, got bored with that, change dmysecondary to mesmer and farmed like 5 ice imps then got bored, then tried to farm hydras with my ice imp farming build and got killed, then logged onto my warrior and ran myself to riverside province, then ran around in snake dance (just running, no party, no objective) and managed to get a horrendous spawn, 5 shadows +1 heretic... and i was a W/Me at the time, so no hex removal... anyway i almost died, but saved myself and used healing signet

then i spammed healing signet until i got bored and logged off

I went to do Defend Drox but died a lot so then I went green farming in Grenth's Footprint for an hour and found zero greens. Not a single one. Hmpph

hmm, in GW today i did one TopK run with a friend Doc Smitin, didn't get any drops, he got 2 ecto and an green bow... did some trolling with my 55 monk, MMed Sorrow's Furnace FA farm for a bit, got a wroths rod out of that, talked to geek a lot, sorted out my inventory, my mule is almost full. spent a lot of time here :)

that's about it.

Thanks. Nice to see what people get up to, even if it does seem to consist of running around aimlessly *grins at Nihil*.

Last night I helped someone with T-head. It was very frustrating since people would keep rushing beyond my traps to kill stuff in spite of my whining hehe. Anyway, one or two of my traps (the other ranger hadn't brought any) did actually get to do some damage, which gave me a rather sad burst of glee :/
In spite of my convictions, we got through it without too much difficulty, so I guess it wasn't too bad after all.

We then did barrage just to be really different (heh) and it turned out to be really enjoyable. The monk started moaning of lag then asking how long it would take pretty early on, then suddenly had to go... *rollseyes* but I was amazed and pleased that the others stayed. We did things in a different order than normal which made a really nice change. I got an axe at the end, which made another nice change (from the usual staves and stuff that I have to spend time getting rid of).

All in all, pretty good night :)

5 Man FOW runs X 2. First I error7'ed just after we got the book. Reset cable and have been fine since so we did a better run.

Ending loots: 5k, 300 wood, sapphire, 2 shards for me. :D

ETA: 30k and 1 shard and it's time to make 2 more pieces of FOW for my ele. Ahh us crazy people who actually work for our money :( Time for a snack and some farming :D

today i tought 6 different people how to solo fow/uw....so frustrating when people cant listen. but hey, i only wasted 15k today :)

well i first helped my guildie (my only guildie lol) out / a few quests including the 15 attribute quest. I then helped her get to Warcamp where we were gonna do SF farm but I lost my connection and when i got back on she was gone.

then i got in a 5 man team which didnt go very long, the MM ran ahead of the tank to cast deadly swarm and when the Bonder didnt have a res he called us noobs lol.

then i got into a good 5 man team but I lost my connection again.

Ran around HA waiting for a group. Found r3/6 iway group skipped to hall 5 times in 1 hour won HoH 2 times got sigil last time eoe bomed no chest open.

I went to do the bonuses from all the ones in the missions i missed.
Went To check what i needed for 15k glads at grotto.
After i checked armor there was a party going on so i joinned in.

Finally beat Hell's Precipice with henchmen. I think its actually the easiest RoF mission, its just that I (or the henches) kept making really stupid mistakes.

Case in point: During one of my attempts at HP tonight, Devona died on the beach, and the rest of my party all managed to retreat. No big deal. But then I went back a little too close and both Lina and Mhenlo ran off to try to resurrect her, and managed to aggro almost all the titans on the beach. I managed to get away with Cynn, but I had already used my res sig, and she didn't have anything. Oh well, I beat it on the next run, though.
