worthless, I'd just sell to the merchant. I get those kinds of offhands all the time.

well if you don't have the required attributes for the off hand you would get -2 energy (+3 from the offhand that you always get and 3-5=-2 :P), however this won't happen. You will get +1 energy when you don't have the required attributes. So imo the event shields (peppermint,...) are alot better (they give +10 armor without a req, and no energy ^^).
