Where is there a collector for a 15^50% sword with a decent skin?

Cant remember any collectors with a 15^50 Sword off the top of my head, but I will post them when I remember. :)
Anyways in the meantime you can make a 15^50 Longsword from Sarad at Droknars Forge for 40 iron, 5 steel, and 5k.

i think that one in droknar's forge is the only 15^50, and it's skin is the gladius/ shortsword skin, even though it's called a longsword.
other collectors swords bear the same skin as Stephan the Henchman... kinda ugly but they work really well and are cheap.
if function is priority over form, then the collectors/crafters weapons are the way to go.

I prefer the longsword from the collector just outside Camp Rankor to the North. Give him 5 mountain troll tusks and you get a sword thats +15% (stance). I'm in some sort of stance with almost all my builds i use. so it works well wether you have lots of health or little health.
