I'd say 5-15K
You might wanna I.D it to see if it has any value.
I wouldn't expect much from it as we know it has a elemental mod in it.

equipt it BEFORE you id
-if you begin to have energy degen then it probably has a 15% dmg -1 energy regen, or zealos mod
-if you begin to have health degen then it probably has a 15% dmg -1 health regen, or a vamp mod
-if you notice two pips of degen then you know that it has a +15% dmg and -1 energy or health regen
-look for -5 energy when you equipt it, etc.
try to find out what your selling if you want to sell it un'id, but chances are that if the axe has any decent inherent mod on it then you can get a couple hundred k for it

They know it has an elemental mod in it, because it only says: Dmg 6-28, whereas it normally would say: Slashing dmg 6-28! That's how they know! And now you also know!
