I need a price estimate on this axe:
Crippling Great Axe of Shelter
Slashing dmg: 6-28 (max) (req 12 axe mastery)
Lengthen Crippled duration on foes by 33%
Armor +6 (vs physical attacks)

maximum 2k.
for the following reasons.
requirements is uber high
mods are not the most desirable.
armor + 6 v physical is not max. (+ 7 vs physical is max)
skin is only moderately popular.
if i had this axe i would feed the merchants some food keep them warm and happy for a while :P

i dont think you can even get 2k for it cuz there's no inherit mod either... sry to say.
yeah i'd sell it to the merchant too
