Yeah that is a good idea. The only thing would fear is that I'd be compelled to go back to run all the missions with my current characters, kind of like the countless hours(I mean a seriously sad amount of time) I spent badge hunting in CoH after those came out.

I think that is part of the goodness in it. All those people who have gotten to level 10, and are saying they are bored would have something to do. Yeah they won't get the xp for the quest, but it would deffinatly give them something else to do rather than run the same few dungeons over and over.
