I was just watching CNN, when I heard something disturbing. The FCC can fine companies up to $500,000 per infraction for indecency...
Doesnt that make you wonder what kind of world we live in when the FCC can fine a company THAT MUCH FREAKIN MONEY?! When the EPA can only fine MAJOR CORPERATIONS THAT HAVE BILLIONS OF DOLLARS INVESTED IN ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES either $35 or $50,000 per infraction?!
What the h e double hockey sticks is going on here?! Is Is this the kind of country we want? When the free speech of radio DJs is taken completley away, and MAJOR DESTROYERS OF OUR ENVIRONMENT ARE FREE TO DO WHAT THEY WILL?!
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

Thats another thing I am ticked at.... I dont even like her, but she got sentenced to jail for lying about a completley LEAGAL transaction(As per CNN, and FoxNews)..... Can you say getting the shaft?

Actually my angry friend, Martha is going to jail becuase what she did was ILLEGAL. and besides, she'll enjoy jail, and when she gets out she'll have a whole new line of prison designers for your house!

I dunno man, from what I heard on the news, they even said that the judge ruled the transaction legal, she's going to jail because she lied about it IE purgery

you know, the constitution doesn't say we have freedom of speech. it says Congress shall make no law abridging the freedom of speech. explained to me by my pol. sci. professor that we can say whatever we want but it will be silenced if neccessary. look at what happens if you say "bomb" and "plane" or "president" in the same sentance. of course i could be wrong.

Lol, yeah they are evil arent they... though my friend and coworker swears by CNN.... I become VERY VEEEERVY VEEEEEEERRRRYYYYY opinionated when I believe that someone's freedom of speech is being violated. You wouldnt believe the rants I went through during the Monica Lewinski Scandals. I mean Yes the president is supposed to be a bastion of morality, but name me one president that actually DID that... except Regan.... And I still think Ken Starr is a Witchhunter.... but that's just my opinion.
Oh by the way, just so people know exactly what the First Amendment states, here it is

Strange.... you have to get a permit to gather, you cant say cirten things without being suspected of things, and freedom of speech is a thing of the past on the Radio, thank you FCC, and any religion that is large enough, gets a governmental wave of their taxes, or as I like to put it, its a law respecting a religion...Wow, so that means that the only part of that that hasnt been violated, is the Freedom of the Press.... and even that is sketchy at best.. Wierd isnt it, the world we live in today...

Oh I never said that the Press is honest at all. All journalists are looking for now, is that story that will make them the next Dan Rather, or Peter Jennings. There is so much of a Skew on EVERYTHING reported now adays, that I mainly watch the news and then spend the next hour rifluing through the crap to get to the good stuf :-P
